The short version
1. Who we are
Aimersion operates the free AI automation tools available at aimersion.github.io/ai-automations ("the Tools"). These are client-side web applications — they run entirely in your browser.

2. What data we collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. All processing happens in your browser or directly between your browser and third-party APIs (Google Gemini, Gmail, Microsoft Graph).
The only data collected about site visits is anonymous usage analytics (page views, general location by country, device type) through Google Analytics 4. This data cannot identify you personally.
3. How we use Google user data
Note: Gmail integration is coming soon pending Google OAuth app verification. Currently only Outlook is available.
- Read your emails — to analyze and triage your inbox by priority
- Compose emails — to save drafts and send replies you approve
- View your email address — to display which account is connected
This access is used solely to provide the features you request in the moment. Your email content is sent directly from your browser to Google's Gemini AI API for analysis — it does not pass through Aimersion's servers and is not stored anywhere.
We do not use Google user data to train AI models, serve advertisements, or for any purpose beyond the immediate feature you are using.
4. API keys
Your Gemini API key is stored only in your browser's localStorage — a private storage area on your own device. It is never sent to Aimersion's servers. It is sent directly from your browser to Google's Gemini API when you run a tool.
You can delete your stored API key at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
5. Microsoft / Outlook data
When you connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account, the same principles apply as for Gmail. Your email access token is stored in browser session storage only and cleared when you close the tab. Email content is sent directly from your browser to the Gemini API and is not stored by Aimersion.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the Tools (which pages are visited, how long sessions last, general geographic region). This data is anonymous and aggregated.
We also use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to measure the reach of our content on those platforms. These pixels may set cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the NAI opt-out tool at optout.networkadvertising.org.
7. Third-party services
The Tools interact with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
8. Data retention
Since we don't store your data on our servers, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. Your browser-stored data (API key in localStorage, auth tokens in sessionStorage) can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
9. Children's privacy
The Tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the Tools, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
